What we look for in every teacher
A good Quran teacher needs more than a beautiful recitation. These are the qualities we check before anyone teaches with Midad.
Accurate recitation
Correct makharij and Tajweed, heard and checked by a senior teacher before they teach.
Patience
Calm with young children and kind to adults starting again, correcting without discouraging.
Clear explanation
Rules explained simply in Bangla, or in English for English-medium learners.
Reliability
On time, prepared, and writing a lesson note after every class for families.
How we match a teacher
You do not need to pick a teacher yourself. Tell us about the learner on the trial form and we suggest the teacher whose course, language and free times fit best. You can ask for a different teacher at any time.
Course and level
A teacher experienced with the learner’s stage, from Qaida to Hifz.
Language and age
Teachers who teach in Bangla, or in English on request, with experience of children or adults.
Schedule and preference
Times in your time zone, and a female or male teacher if requested.
